💥PLEASE READ💥
Unfortunately as of the 1st of May I will be closing down the business.
All appointments booked before then will still be going ahead, all appointments after then you should have received a message from me to cancel.
Opening this business has been an eye opener for me to say the least, I have had some of the most amazing customers that made this job so easy, who I'll never forget🩷
One of the main struggles has been the inconsistency; people not showing up to appointments, cancelling last minute so you're unable to fill the spot. Before opening I never realised how much these things would have an impact on someone who's self employed, some weeks I could lose out on nearly £200 which would leave me struggling & not being able to pay my own bills. I added in my cancellation policy and even that wasn't enough as I would be told "I can't afford to pay for the appointment I missed" so again I would be left with nothing.
I don't want this post to be doom and gloom but I'm just hoping atleast one person might think twice before doing this to someone else.
This isn't in relation to honest mistakes or emergencies, we're all human and I completely understand things happen🩵
Please respect small businesses policies and procedures, they need to protect themselves!
There's lots of reasons I've chosen to close, the dogs are definitely not one of them, if anything has kept me going it's them🤩 I've loved all your dogs as if they were my own & I'm very sad I won't be able to see a lot of them again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support you have given me over the last few years, not just with the business but with life events too🥰
