New year, new coats! Aggie, Harley, and Rosie have been kitted out with some stylish new gear – but let’s just say they weren’t exactly keen on doing a fashion show!

Aggie’s coat is a great way to help keep her a bit less muddy (she does love a good splash), while Rosie and Harley need theirs to stay warm on these chilly days. As Jack Russells with single-layer coats, they feel the cold more than some other dogs.

If your dog has a coat, it’s a big help to leave it out ready for their walks. It can make a difference in keeping them drier and a little less muddy – though with all the puddles and mud around, I can’t promise miracles!

Thank you all so much for your custom and support this year. I’m so lucky to be surrounded by such brilliant people and have the best dogs a girl could ask for.

Rufus isn’t quite ready for group walks just yet, he still finds them a bit overwhelming, so for now, I stick to walking him with Aggie. She’s the perfect walking buddy, keeping calm and steady while he builds his confidence.

At just 5 months, Rufus is making great progress. Here's a little clip of him walking alongside Aggie. When I first pick him up, he’s full of excitement and ready to play, but Aggie’s not interested—she’s all about the walk and her sniffing adventures. Her focus helps Rufus settle into a great rhythm, and it’s lovely to see him learning from her.

It’s a great reminder that every dog progresses at their own pace, and with the right approach and plenty of patience, they’ll get there!

This weekend was a busy one, looking after a variety of pets while braving the storms! From feeding rabbits to caring for 2 homes with 6 cats between them, it was a full schedule, but everyone’s needs were met with care and attention.

Despite the wild weather, all the animals were well-fed, comfortable, and safe, and their families were pleased to hear updates. It’s always rewarding to know that both pets and their homes are looked after during unpredictable conditions.

My dog of the day has to be Scout, despite the very strong competition. He literally threw himself in to this mornings task of cold water swimming. Doesn’t know why everyone’s not doing it! Does your pup love swimming too?

As soon as I met Luna i knew she’d become firm friends with Miela. My aim for the walk is to stay upright 😂

🐾 It takes a village! 🐾 Here in Sandbach, we’re really lucky to have a brilliant group of dog walkers who support each other. It’s not just about the dogs getting their exercise, it’s about building a friendly, strong community. Here’s Lucy, from @Arlo & Friends, and our happy crew having some fun together! We’re all about keeping our pups healthy and well-socialised, and it’s nice to have someone answer back when I chat to them 😂 If you want your dog to be part of the fun then DM me 😊

Welcome Bodie 🐾 Bodie is a nine-year-old German Shepherd who has just joined our group walks this week. Despite being new to the group, he’s already enjoying playing and exploring with the other dogs. It’s lovely to see an older dog like Bodie still full of energy and excitement! Group walks are a great way for dogs of all ages to stay active, social, and mentally stimulated. If you’d like to know more about how the group walks work, feel free to reach out. I’d love to chat.
