☀️ HOT WEATHER ☀️🌡

Let's talk hot weather, a question I get asked from understandably concerned owners.

If the dog is able to travel, I will drive them directly to a grassland or woodland area to avoid contact with the hot ground. Woodland areas provide great shade.

Depending on circumstances will depend on what I can offer for example, If an owner is not home I may take them out for a 20-30 minute walk and spend the rest of the hour given them attention in their home.

If owners are home, then I will try and book them in for an earlier morning walk before the weather gets too hot.

Please voice your concerns, and we can talk 🙂🐾

I have been asked if I offer walks for short bookings. This is when dogs are staying with other family members who may not be able to walk them.

✨️YES✨️ I currently have several bookings for August for this exact reason.

If you know the dates you require even a month in advance, contact me to get booked in early for peace of mind.

Starting a new business isn't easy and takes time to grow. With another booking this week for August, work is picking up.

I completely understand that trusting someone to look after your furbaby is difficult. This is why I am extremely honoured to be walking these beauty's 🥰🐾

✨️ATTENTION✨️
PROUD DOG WALKER ALERT 🐾

Krya's mum is working wonders with her. However, she still finds trusting people extremely difficult.

DAY 1. Barking at me with pure fear and jumping at every movement. After an hour of little interaction, she finally took a treat from me.

DAY 2. I joined her mum on a walk, to which I was greeted with Barking. We reached a secure area, but she clearly did not trust me to detach her lead. Once mum helped with this, we did some interacting play, which allowed her to trust me to hold her lead walking home.

DAY 3. Greeted with a wagging tail and no Barking. I was able to take her lead and detach it once we were in a secure space.

I can't believe that after only 3 visits, she trusts me. 🐾💜

Such a beautiful day ☀️, perfect for a slow and steady walk with a little break in between for this big boy..... I used my new extended lead for a bit of free time and then back onto his shorter length lead for our walks.🐾
