Our last day of operation before Christmas will be Monday 23rd December until our first day of deliveries on Friday 3rd January.

During this time, our trucks will be off the road, and the yard will be closed for collections.

To ensure your order is delivered in time for Christmas, please place it by Wednesday, 18th December. Orders placed after this date will still be processed, but we can’t guarantee delivery before Christmas—we’ll do our best!

If you’re unsure whether your current supplies will last through three weeks of busy burning, we recommend stocking up now. Don’t forget: colder weather is forecasted after Christmas, with some days expected to drop to 3°C.

Finally, we want to wish all our incredible customers a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Over the past month we've delivered to places such as Newark, Mansfield, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Loughborough, Sutton-In-Ashfield, Packington, Grantham, Chesterfield, Melbourne and Seagrave.

We love having customers this far and wide but we're the first to admit that the delivery charge quickly adds up.

So why not join up with a neighbour and order together? We'll do multiple drops and you can still pay separately while sharing the shipping charges. Here's a useful list of what we can fit on one delivery run:

PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF SCAMS OUT THERE. There are accounts pretending to be Mr Logs in "Spotted" groups and attempting to sell firewood while saying they work for us. They ask for 50% of the money upfront to a strange PayPal account.

Fortunately the screenshots below came from someone who thought to give us a call before sending the money over.

The safest way to order from Mr Logs is through the website ensuring the link at the top of the website reads https://mr-logs.co.uk/

Our website is built in-house on top of Shopify which is a world leader in ecommerce and uses the highest security standards.

If you wish to order over the phone, the only number you should place orders through is 07481 337684. Orders can also be placed in the yard.
