You may have noticed a lack of activity on our page lately…. The cost of living crisis has meant fewer sign ups and existing sign ups being in a position where bills and living rightly had to come first… This meant we were getting quiet. The decision then has been taken to close the walking side of the business and put the rest on indefinite hiatus. A new role awaits for Vincent and Emma but we are potentially aiming to be back for pet sits and training in the new year. Take care all, Love Vince Emma and Lily 🐾

Taking bookings for the second half of the week (safer, cooler) got a dog you’d like to have a quality walk but doesn’t perhaps cope so well in a group? Get in touch we also do visits, general training and pet care 🐾

Walks this week will be compromised due to the heat, Monday and Tuesdays (it’ll be over 30c) will be on a strictly visitation basis, Wednesday-Friday walks will done earlier in the day to avoid the heat.

Training tip of the day, think about what it is you’re teaching as it will influence how you reward and reinforce the excersise. For example, when we’re teaching Lilypup to be in place (on her Matt) it’s best to reward slowly and calmly as we want to reinforce the Matt being a place for calm. If you were to scatter treats she might find this exciting and is the opposite to what we’re trying to achieve

Licki Matts are a great way of getting more value out of feeding your dog, they can help slow down some fast eaters as well as encourage them to work their brains for their food here has her raw meal on one
