We just want to make people aware, we have spotted a white and tan terrier type dog on its own. Running down Station Lane in Cloughton past our practice and headed down the cinder track towards Whitby. We attempted to catch him but failed and it carried on running.

We are putting out an appeal to find a home for this lovely little cat that was brought in a stray to us a few weeks ago.

Unfortunately we have not been able to find her owner, so she is looking for a new family .

She is very timid and has limited vision in her right eye and is looking for a quiet home with no other pets or children, she will take time to adjust to her new home.
She is very affectionate and loves a fuss.
She also requires medication long term for hypertension (high blood pressure).

We had this lovely cat brought to us on Wednesday from the Dean Road area.

She does not have a microchip and did not have a collar.

We would like to find her owners as soon as possible.

Today we have had a sadly deceased male cat brought in to us that was found on Stepney Hill, he is a neutered male who is black with white markings.

Sadly no id chip or collar but dosent appear to be a stray as he seems to have been very well looked after.

There seems to be some confusion via social media recently regarding the Burniston branch.

The Burniston branch is now closed and we have moved to Station Lane in Cloughton .

The main branch on Scalby road is still open and we offer consultations and perform operations there.

The Cloughton branch is for consultations only.

We do not offer open clinics at either site, both branches are appointment only.

We have sadly had a black and white female short-haired cat handed into the practice that is deceased. She was found near the Three Jolly Sailors Pub in Burniston. She had no microchip or collar.
