Good Morning folks,

Traffic news !

There is some building work going on in one of the houses on my street so there are some big vans etc parked all the way up.
My Drive is still accessible for you all to park on but it is easier to access my drive via Ryndale Walk from the top of the street with me being on your right at the bottom.
Otherwise you may need to park on any of the neighbouring streets and walk to me.
Looking forward to seeing you all as usual

Polite notice

The effect of no shows and late cancellations to a small business is massive. If you miss your appointment then this means loss of earnings to the groomer.
So I ask you to ask yourself how you would feel if you were £40/£50 out of your wage each week…try £350 down in one month. How would you pay your bills? But it’s ok, your boss just forgot but you still won’t be paid…oh well that’s ok…no !

I do appreciate that there are certain extenuating circumstances that can not be helped but no small business can sustain this loss so because of the recent no shows and last minute cancellations, which I have over looked in the past, there will be a charge before I will be able to book you back in.

Please tell me if you have an issues getting to me. If you let me know before 24hrs of your appointment that you are not coming I can usually move something around and fit someone else in as I have a constant wait list.

This has also always been very clear on my website.
