The gate to the bottom of B will now fasten if you wanted to section it off. If it is closed it will only be because a customer has left it closed so just open it. If we close it we will put a chain round so you can't open it. Thank you

SHEEP

There are now sheep on the field next to ours. They have a huge field so can be quite far away from the fence but bear this in mind if you have a very reactive dog. Thank you

The new foster puppy, isn't she a darling. The house is beginning to feel very quiet when there isn't a lodger in it. This little girl is very well behaved, a perfect house guest.

Words cannot explain how heartbroken we are to hear of the tragedy that happened in Southport today. Our thoughts are with the victims and their loved ones. It is unbelievably sad to comprehend that children have lost their lives and many more injured.

I've been thinking about starting to go swimming to get the lengths in, but that got me wondering about how many 'steps' it is around the field and how quickly a lap could be done. I have been told that walking around the outside of A field is 0.5 km. Has anyone ever measured it in steps. Maybe a bit difficult if you have to go off track to poo scoop but I'm sure some laps are poo..less. Let us know, pool recommendations are most welcome as well! I want to swim so not busy, easy parking etc. I'm thinking Hurleston Hall.

A date for you diary. There is an open garden, National Garden Scheme. We are doing the catering- 80% of the catering profits is donated to Carla Lane Animals in Need (20% goes to the NGS charity). Afternoon Teas, sandwiches and cake, including vegan.
Sunday 14th July 11am-5pm.
Well behaved dogs welcome (mine are obviously staying at home!!). I'm going to take some pupicinos for the dogs.
Hope to see you there, entry is £4, proceeds of that to the NGS charity.
Parking is from Drummersdale Lane, it will be sign posted.

Dexter has been coming to the field since we opened. Recently he has brought his friend, Luna, with him. Here he is showing her the ropes.

Dexter has been coming to the dog field since we opened, recently he has brought his new pal Luna along and here he is showing her the ropes! Don't forget you can share your booking with your friends, even if the dogs don't get on you can go in different fields A or B.

Crystal and Lady had a lovely time. Dogs just love to run don't they.

Dex having a run this morning. The joy they get from just running, I really don't like it at all, remember Cross Country at school!! Dex would have been round in no time.

Archie was back at his happy place yesterday- very early! Hi , hope your ok Little video of my little man The difference in him is amazing We had a game of hide and seek and he even had a little run ( I’m talking about 10 secs but more than what he’s done outside ) 🤣
