So I have been a little rubbish the past few months. I have had a massive adjustment to my life. I am only human. I haven't been okay, I'm not okay but I am trying to learn to be.

I am going to promise myself to come back next year much better

If you have an appointment booked before Christmas I shall see you for that however I don't have anymore time for anything else I am at capacity.

Hopefully see you on 2025 and I am sorry if I haven't managed to do what you have needed for this year!
