🎄Our festive fundraiser is this Sunday! 🎄
We’re hosting a fundraiser to raise funds and donations for Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter this festive period.
This is being held at The Seaton Lane Inn between 5pm-7pm. We’d love to see as many of the Seaham community as possible come together to help raise money for an amazing charity. We have a tombola table with plenty prizes to win and other activities to take part in such as a pub quiz! The venue is dog friendly so you can also bring your furry friend along with you. The event is completely FREE to attend however we do ask you to RSVP to [email protected] or 01915130913 as there will be limited capacity. We are also still looking for donations for our tombola table to help raise funds for the charity. We will also accept donations to go directly to the shelter such as blankets, toys, food etc.

🐾we can confirm all puppies attending have been FULLY vaccinated with ourselves - creating a safe environment to socialise.

*Found Dog*
JRT X PUG type crossbreed handed in to us. Was found 5:30am-6am near the railway lines in dawdon. Is microchipped however unfortunately details are not up to date or following current microchip legislation. Dog is male and entire. Wearing no identification or collar. If you think this could be your dog please contact us immediately on 0191 5130913

Unfortunately we have had a cat brought into us deceased on arrival. The cat is a black and white female and not microchipped and was wearing no form of identification. It was found on North Road down the seafront.

❗️URGENT - WE MUST FIND OWNER ASAP❗️

Handed into us at 3pm today - found Barnes Road, Murton about 2:30pm. Is microchipped, but unfortunately we are unable to get in contact with the owner. We suspect involved in a Road Traffic accident and we are urgent trying to find the owner please share!
