Reminder, appointments start at the time you have booked, either on the hour or half past the hour, not 5, 10, 15, 20…. minutes before. If you arrive early please park out of the way at the passing place on the access road or before and wait for your time. Do not park immediately next to the fields as any dogs using the field will just bark at you causing unnecessary distress to your dogs and the ones that were enjoying time in the field.

Also, watch your dogs closely at all times as there is a lot of poo getting left recently and please don't groom dogs leaving fur in the field, a lot of dogs will eat it causing problems.

This was left in North field yesterday (Monday 2nd June). There was an awful lot of poo left in the field also, a very kind customer had picked up at least 6. If you can't be bothered watching your dogs and picking up after them or want to leave cigarette butts on the ground please don't book any more appointments with us. The bags of poo had also been left just by the picnic table.

Please can whoever keeps leaving cigarette butts in the bucket of soil please use the bin instead. As you can see from the pictures this is what happens when someone uses the soil to fill a hole in, your cigarette butts get left on the ground and my dog and others will eat them. Please be considerate of other users of the field. If you stub them out on the soil and put them in the poo bin that would be great. Thank you.

I would like to apologise to any customers that had problems with access today due to the roadworks that just got put out this morning. If you have already sent an email I will be issuing refunds over the next few days, if you haven't been in touch and would like a refund or an alternative appointment please let me know by sending an email through our website.

The issue was caused by incompetence of Durham county council traffic management who hadn't thought we might need access to our homes and businesses. We only received a letter on Friday and had no idea what they were planning to do with the cones.

Luckily we do now have access but it is easy to miss, please take care and go slow, there are 2 green cones that you can get through as you can see from the pictures. It would be a good idea to allow extra time as there may be delays when the traffic gets backed up.

Also when leaving the farm you can't cross over and turn right so you must exit to the left and you'll then rejoin the main highway.
