If you’re heading from Sherburn today to visit Claude’s Meadow, we’ve just been told that there is a huge queue of traffic to get into the motorist causing quite a tailback.

Might be best to use an alternative route and avoid until a bit later in the day!

🚨The 2024 Annual Total Charity Donations 🚨

As the calendar year has now ended, the CEO Lord Claude called a board meeting last night. It was decided that now was a good time to update you all on amounts raised for The Pointer Rescue Service. 🐶 💰

Today we have donated a further £1355.22 to them which brings the total raised and donated for 2024 to a FANTASTIC £2070.22! 🌟

The donations made are as follows:

£745.62 raised from bookings from you, our ‘Pawesome’ customers! 🤩 🫶🏻

£20 Christmas card donation from Samantha Elsby Hay 🤩 🫶🏻

£22.60 donation from the Castle Inn Cawood who had a whip-round on NYE! 🤩 🫶🏻

£30 from Claude & Juno’s G’Ma!🤩 🫶🏻

£65 from photo shoot takings by the brilliant Snaffles Photography!🤩 🫶🏻

❄️ ATTENTION CUSTOMERS ❄️

For those using Claude’s Meadown in the next couple of days - there was a lot of standing water in places yesterday following the snow thaw.

However, overnight these have turned very icy so please take extra care when using the meadow and also the car parking area.

Please make sure you have suitable footwear and towels for the woofers that like to get wet and play in puddles!! 🐶🐶

It’s a winter wonderland at Claude’s Meadow this morning. ❄️ ⛄️ 🥶

If you’re making the journey here please take care on the roads. The gritters have been out on the main roads but the lane leading here never gets gritted so will be particularly dicey.

For those who brave it ….. SNOW PHOTOS of your pooches please 😁🐶😁🐶
