Job Description:
As a Dog grooming assistant, you will play a crucial role in preparing our canine guests for their grooms with us. Your responsibilities will include bathing, drying, brushing, trimming nails, cleaning ears, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for all dogs. If you have a love for animals and a knack for organization, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Groom and prepare dogs for their day, including bathing, brushing, and nail trimming.

- Provide fresh water to dogs.

- Clean and sanitize dog areas, including pens, tables, and grooming stations.

- Monitor dog behavior and health, reporting any concerns to the management team.

- Assist with the intake and discharge process of dogs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, answering questions and providing updates as needed.

Qualifications:
- Passion for dogs and animal care.

- Previous experience in dog grooming, pet care, or a related field is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Must be able to lift and handle dogs of various sizes.

Hello everyone, hope you all had a lovely bank holiday!

As most of you are aware we are using a new booking system called ‘TUFT’ to help us keep things running as smooth as possible!

One of the many great features we can do with TUFT is allow customers to make appointments via their app! This means you won’t have to call or text us waiting for an appointment. You can simply download the app and see our available appointments!

Please note that it is not 100% accurate due to some dogs taking longer to groom than others so if you request an appointment we cannot do we will send you another appointment through the app!

We have been busy this weekend! The new look for our salon is nearly done and we are really happy with how it’s come out 😃 we have a few more little bits to do and it will be done.

We will also be having a bit of a makeover inside over the next few months 🎉

Important Notice

From the 1st of May we will be adjusting the prices we charge for grooming as a result of the escalating operational expenses such as grooming supplies, electricity and equipment upkeep. Since opening in 2017 we have only increased our prices once before!

All of our prices are breed specific so please refer to our website for our new price list

We will also be accepting card payments again with all the providers except American Express

We are trying our best to keep our prices as low as we can while also providing our customers with the best possible services.
