If your loved one has started receiving home care, it's important to know how you can work together with their care workers 🙌

👉 Your input in decision making is valuable to ensure your loved one's needs are met, especially if they can't voice these preferences alone

👉 By communicating well with their care worker, you can ensure they have the most up to date information on your loved one e.g. if they have a change in health

👉 A familiar face offers comfort and a sense of normality which can help your loved one with the transition into home cacre
