We've had a busy morning so far at Crufts 2024 and we have already seen so many familiar faces. 😃
This was our retail stand pre-opening, before the crowds.

We have been working hard in the background to improve our website to make it easier to navigate and this will allow us to continue to make improvements.

The latest update is now live and the key features make ordering faster and easier, particularly by phone or tablet. The other essential new feature is that you can view and download your invoices.

The majority of information on brands and products is on our Google Drive so you can download or view it in a format you are more comfortable with but if you are ever struggling to find something then please do not hesitate to contact us.

We can't wait for our festive break!

The Collarways Office and Warehouse will be closed at 1 pm on Friday 22nd December and re-open at 10 am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024, so our team at Collarways can take a festive break.

The New WOX is a big hit with office dog Barney!

While I was preparing the dog treats for tomorrows open day at Collarways, William tests the treat dough and gives his seal of approval. Come and see us tomorrow, Sunday 14th July, pick up a sample dog treat and see how easy these healthy treats are to make. Wheat free, meat free and full of good stuff!

At the weekend we practiced retrieving floating toys from water. This video shows our pug William at his first go to catch the toy. We used a Zogoflex Mini Hurley. It floats and it's the right size for a small dog like William to grab. It dips away in the water when the dog tries to take it, making it more of a skill game for the dog to succeed in catching it.
