A polite notice for all our lovely clients 🐾 to help us be able to get all the lovely walks and visits booked in we ask that you let us know by 7pm on a Sunday what you would like for the week please. As any bookings after this time can mean that we will be unable to guarantee that we can confirm that we are able to fulfill any walks/visits for the week. Also any cancellations will be charged at half price if received with less than 24hours notice and full price if received with less than 12hours notice. As it's just the 2 of us and we both have families and other commitments, we need to be able to schedule our weeks ahead, we can only take emergency bookings if we deem there is a valid reason, and we are able to fit your booking in, we do hope you understand and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
