Paws 'n' Play is a doggy home boarding service where your small and small medium sized pups are loved, cuddled, cared for, and treated like V.I.P's by me in my own home. Paws N Play Boarding and Daycare Nursery is a very special 'Home from Home' facility for boarding your precious pups, whether it be for the day or a couple of weeks. They are part of the family, and have a safe and hygenic nursery

to play in with toys, cushions, blankets and day beds and a secluded Sensory garden for those sunny days. They are supervised 24/7 and hugs are mandatory and your pups are fed individually to minimise any distress or competition. My passion is dogs, and I have five little ones of my own, so caring for my clients is literally the best job I have ever had. It’s the end of another year and it’s time to thank each and everyone one of you for all the support and loyalty you have shown me in allowing me to care for all your furbabies. It’s been a mixed year with all the sadness of losing two of my dogs and the happiness of welcoming our new pup Amber Rose, and some of my guests crossed the bridge this year too and will always be remembered here. But I’m looking forward to my 15th year of loving and caring for your precious pooches and so with the video below of some of the babies that have visited this year I wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a much kinder New Year. Yet again I find myself having to explain why clients are not allowed in the nursery. Today I had an extremely rude man who brought his dog for an evaluation and when I said I couldn’t show him the nursery he just said ‘well that’s it then. No’ and just walked off. We had already had a meet and greet as well. Clients are not insured to be in the same room as other client dogs and I don’t have permission from them for strangers to be there. What if a clients dog took exception to the stranger and attacked? The whole nursery can be seen on the website and also on security cameras and the council has inspected and awarded me 5 stars. If you do not accept this about my establishment please don’t ask to come. Not only was the man rude but it was hurtful to me. I don’t care if his previous dog boarders didn’t have a problem showing him their house as I would imagine they didn’t have any other dogs on the premises. I do and would never put my other clients dogs in a position where they had to deal with complete strangers walking around the nursery. So DONT ASK! Thankyou.

The last of our min pins and our eldest boy Rafee crossed the bridge today. He was nearly 16 and to lose him so soon after kayna has been devastating. The memories we have of all three are precious but Rafee was our first and beloved and I will miss his grumpiness and his washing and his appetite and his love. Take our love with you little man. 💔💔

Today we had to make the awful decision to help our princess kayna cross the rainbow bridge. She was 15 and was treated like a princess all her life as she was from a litter from the only cream miniature pincher at the time in the country. She was demanding, loud, sweet and loving, and wore her crown to the very end. We loved her so much and the place is horribly quiet without her. You are free now sweetheart to run with Milo. Take our love with you.

Paws N Play Home Boarding Nursery is a very special 'Home from Home' facility for boarding your precious pups, whether it be for the odd day or a couple of weeks. Several years ago I wondered if there was a need for doggy daycare on the Island and that is where I started. I soon discovered that there were a lot of doggy owners locally who shared my passion for their fur babies and so the following year I decided to offer boarding and obtained my Council License after a mandatory vet inspection which had to be repeated yearly. I was proud to be the first to offer this service as in genuine ’home from home’ care, and I have never looked back. Your precious pups are part of my family whilst they are here, with a safe and hygenic nursery to play in with toys, cushions, blankets and day beds and a secluded garden/sandy play area for those sunny days. I installed air conditioning for their comfort, and there security cameras in every room and at the front door They are supervised 24/7 and in my Nursery hugs are mandatory. Your pups are fed individually to minimise any distress or competition and they can sleep in crates, on the floor or even on my bed, whatever they are used too. My passion is dogs, and I have six little ones of my own, so caring for my clients is literally the best job I have ever had.
