Hi, We are writing this message to let you know we have moved from the premises 55 west street sittingbourne, at the beginning of this week. Due to covid, We have moved to smaller bespoke premises in our state of the art home salon with hydrobath & all natural shampoos. we are still grooming with our usual groomers at our spa & we would like to invite you to join us in this new venture!
We will be grooming 1 to 1 so your dog gets more time & attention, in our calm, relaxed spa with invigorating hydrobath! We value your custom & thankyou for being a loyal customer over the years & hope to be grooming your pooches for many years to come! The new spa is located just on the isle of sheppey, 5mins from Morrison’s. (48 Sunnyfields drive, me123dq) If you have issues getting to us please let me know & we will see if we can help in any way. To all customers old and new.
We thankyou for your valued custom over the past 5 years and bearing with us over the last few months during covid-19. We are doing all we can to get round to grooming all your pooches again but please bear with us as we are currently operating at reduced groomers due to social distancing measures and also having to leave longer between grooms to disinfect the areas after each dog. With this in mind and all the ppe we now have to use we unfortunately now need to put an extra charge on all grooms (which we have kept the same since we opened 5 years ago). We still pride ourselves as being the best value salon in the area and we still will keep our multiple dog discount to owners that have more than one dog. It is with our regret to have to do this. We have sent most of our customers a text regarding this and we do apologise if you have not received one. Thankyou for your understanding and look forward to seeing you all again soon x
