Happy new year to all my customers 💫

I hope everyone had a good Christmas and new year, sorry for the radio silence I’ve been having a really good break 🤩

❄️ Just a reminder that if the weather is bad I may need to reschedule your appointment, even when main roads are ok it can be tricky to manoeuvre the van on side roads and driveways as it is useless in the snow and ice! ❄️

I have availability for new and existing customers from mid February onwards so please drop me a message for your next appointment ⭐️

Feels like winter is here 🥶 ❄️

With the first weather warning this week for snow and ice I just want to remind everyone that if we do have bad weather I may need to rearrange your appointment. Even if the roads aren’t too bad smaller side roads and driveways can be tricky in the van.
I will contact you individually if your appointment is affected and play it by ear each day ❄️

Another reminder - if your dog is wearing a coat and especially a fleece suit like Izzy’s remember to brush them as these sorts of outdoor clothes can lead to knots and matts especially around the legs and chest ❄️

I have opened up a couple of dates at the end of November so have a few appointments left for late November / early December.

Winter is coming ❄️ and whilst it can be tempting to leave your dogs coat longer during the winter I generally find it’s harder to manage due to rain/snow and if you choose for your dog to wear a coat or fleece. I generally advise to stick to your usual length and pop a coat on if it is especially cold 🥶

I hope everyone is keeping cool in this hot weather! Me and Izzy have been at home eating ice creams 🍦 I am back at work tomorrow, thanks to those who I’ve had to reschedule, I went in the van for the first time today since Friday for cleaning and boy was it hot!!
