Impawtant reminder ahead of the warm weather due this week π
Around 75% of heatstroke cases in dogs are linked to exercise, with around two-thirds of cases occurring after a simple, everyday walk.
Any breed of dog can be affected by heatstroke, however dogs more at risk include:
β’ Brachycephalic / flat-faced
β’ Older
β’ Overweight
β’ Those with certain health conditions
