We can pick up and drop off your dog or you can drop your dog off with us if you choose . Your dog will stay with us and enjoy a morning and afternoon walk . In House Boarding £24 per 24hrs . This can be accommodated with prior notice of dates .

A heartfelt thank you to all our wonderful customers—both long-standing and new. We wish you a joyful Christmas and a fantastic start to the new year! 🎄🎄🎄

As we step into 2025, there will be a small price adjustment of £1 on all our services to ensure we continue providing the best care for your furry friends. 💰

A Few Reminders to Help Everything Run Smoothly 🏡:
• Opening Hours: We’re open Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am (not earlier) until 6:30 pm. Please pre-arrange with us if you require a later pickup.
• Late Pickups: A small charge of £2 per 30 minutes will apply for late pickups.
• New Boarding Customers: To ensure your dogs are comfortable, we require a trial day or night before any boarding bookings. 🐶
• Regular Customers Priority: Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate ad hoc bookings as we’re prioritizing our regular customers.
• No-Show Daycare Policy: Full payment will be required for no-shows.
• Booking Changes: Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to amend your daycare bookings. This allows us to accommodate other customers.
