A very quiet week this week for half term, with quite a few of the groupies on their jollys ☀️

The week in pictures 🐶

This week we welcomed newcomer Dory for a trial with us!
Dory is a rescue hound from Serbia and upon our first meeting she was an extremely nervous little lady with her tail all tucked under, so scared to approach me or get into the van and we really weren't sure if she would settle into group walks or even warm to myself.
Three walks in and amazingly she's proved us so wrong and has really come out of her shell, relaxed, tail wagging and even had a few excited zoomies with her new friends 🩷
We can't wait to have many more adventures with her and hopefully see more of her little personality 🐾

This week's sunny adventures...
This week has been all about chilled out, sniffy, calm walks (well, with the exception of Mabel who doesn't know how to do calm 😆), with plenty of paddling in the woods to keep everyone cool now the days are finally warming up 🌞

Bungle's bank holiday adventure around Bakewell markets and shops, then off for lunch and visit to the doggy bakery for a frozzy and a cherry barkwell in Matlock.

🌡️ Customer notice 🌞

As the temperatures are set to rise next week, I may be starting walks slightly earlier towards the end of the week and possibly shortening walk durations slightly as it hits around 20c if I feel the dogs are struggling.
I will be providing plenty of water, walking in shaded areas where possible and my fans/ air con will be blasting to ensure your dog's safety whilst traveling
I will keep everyone informed of any changes.

Not going to lie, it's been a tough week to get through with the loss of my boy Winky on Tuesday, but honestly I feel truly blessed to have all my furry crew to help me through, they've been such a welcome distraction and a great comfort to me these last few days 🥹❤️
Again, thankyou to everyone for your kind words, cards, chocolate and flowers, it means so much ❤️

Apologies to those who have had to wait on pics/updates/ call backs today.

Last night our beloved Winky crossed the rainbow bridge very suddenly to what we think may have been a heart attack.
We are absolutely heartbroken and shocked as he was still young and seemed in perfect health.
Our boy was the most loving and cheekiest little chappy and we were so lucky to have had the 8 years we had with him but it wasn't anywhere near long enough 😥
Thank you to those who have been so kind and understanding today ❤️
