Here is beautiful girl Frida who was reserved by a lovely lady, at the Sheffield Retired Greyhounds open day, when we were last there.
I didn't stock the fabric she wanted, so she ordered some herself and had it sent to me, so I could make the collar she wanted, with the desired trims.
Pink is definitely Fridas colour. And just look at that smile! She looks so happy in her new home! 💗

Sorry I've been off the radar for a while....
So it turns out I had Campylobacter in my gut, which caused a really bad case of food poisoning!
I wasn't expecting that to be the cause of being so incredibly unwell, for nearly a week!! 😫
But at least I know why now, and have been given antibiotics to clear it once and for all. Feeling soo much better than last week now though, so I'll be getting back to business as usual . 🙏

It is with a heavy heart, I have to tell you that I won't be attending the Sheffield Retired Greyhounds event on Saturday 8th June, as I'm still so unwell after returning from holiday. I've not had a chance to sort enough collars for my stall, or infact anything at home for that matter, I've literally been laid up for nearly 5 days now.
I'm still planning on being there on the Sunday 21st July event.
I'm so sorry to anyone who was planning on coming down to see me and my stall, please do message me if you want any orders and I will offer half price postage for you. Just mention Sheffield Retired Greyhounds.
Mouse has been my nurse maid all week. 🥹

So a little story with a fairy tale ending... about a very lovely lady who came to the Sheffield Retired Greyhounds open day a few weeks back, as she wanted a new collar for her beautiful brindle Brandy and knew I'd be there.... but ended up making the fatal mistake of 'just taking a look', at the greys needing homes...
And hey presto, she was smitten with gorgeous girl Ginnie, and reserved her, to then take her home. 😍
Don't they look so good together, they get along so well too.
I just love the colour coordination of their house and martingale collars, and ther muzzles too.
Such lucky pups to have such a wonderful mum... it was lovely to meet you, and do keep in touch. Hopefully I'll see them all around on the next few open days and dog shows at Sheffield Retired Greyhounds.

The UK Saluki Rescue auction has ended.
It was set up to raise funds to help with medical care for three beautiful salukis that had been kept in appalling conditions for years.
I donated two collars, and these will be winging their way to the lucky winner tomorrow.
Thank you so much to everyone who bid in the auction, not just on my collars. 🙏
