Evening all!

I’ve been quiet past few days on this’ere FB thing as just not had time to write! ✍️
All week I’ve been cutting and sewing to make sure orders get finished.
I’ve also had a couple of rescue orders to make and I’m now finishing off donation collars and treats for Erin Hounds Meet and Greet next Saturday!

So if you’re in the Macclesfield area on 29/11 please come and see us. There will be lots of handmade treats, a cuppa and a few cake treats.

Evening!

Well my fleece mountain ⛰️ is becoming more of a hillock now and I’ve been busy cutting and sewing coats, fleeces and collars.

I also have rescue collars to finish and then I can continue on the donation collars I’m making for Erin Hounds Meet and Greet at the end of the month.

Phew! Keep that coffee brewing! Oh and maybe a treat or 2 to keep me going…😛

Evening all folks!

How are you all, bet there’s lots like us with terrified dogs again because of the ‘explosions’ of so called fireworks. 10 nights on the trot and the hounds and us have had enough…..😢

I’ve been busy in the workroom again today and have a few more fleece coat and collar orders made! Your completion emails will either have been received or on their way! 🥰

Also a little gentle reminder, my order book is now closed until the New Year. I will reopen the website checkout in a couple of weeks but orders will not be sewn until the New Year.

4 years ago today we lost our beautiful baby girl Lottie.
She was the most amazing girl ever. She welcomed lots of foster hounds into our home over the years and was the most intuitive hound I’ve ever met.
Although she never lost her fear of strangers once she got to know you she was a friend for life and remembered exactly where you kept the treats!
Life dealt her a bad start to life but she battled everything it threw at her and enjoyed her life with us and her best mate Boris and then took puppy Lulu under her wing!
She just made it to her 9th birthday but she so deserved more time with us. Sure you’ll all understand. Forever with us, our baby Lottie. 🩷

So yet again tonight we have our dogs dosed up and in safe places which means usually top of cellar and just outside.

I love fireworks from my childhood, the quiet pretty coloured ones that came in a standard firework box.
The exploding monsters we get now are hell for animal families.

So yet again we have a stressful night of caring for our girls. Sure we’ll have many more to come. 😞

After a busy few weeks and the upset of losing our Brian just shy of his 13th birthday we have finally managed to get away for a much needed few days with the hounds.

We’re back in Norfolk where we haven’t been for 4 yrs! Looking forward to a few sea paddles, lots of treats and maybe a few gentle potters if my collapsing hip holds out!!!

Betty and Minnie are checking out the gate lock to see if they can suss it out! No chance, there’s another bolt at the top…😂
