🛑 HOLIDAY NOTICE 🛑
I will be on holiday now until Saturday 22nd June evening. My mum and sister will be looking after field etc for me. For new people once you have booked an appointment you will receive the gate code via email 2 hours before your booking. Please make sure you enter correct email address etc. Also a few people have changed appointments on the system so if your unable to get through to me please check if you can change on system. If I receive messages 24hr or more before your session and don't manage to see them until after session I will rebook for you. Please remember 24hr notice is needed. Any urgent issues you can contact my mum on 07759917623. I will add reminder below of some rules of the field.

🛑REMINDER🛑
*No more than two vehicles at any one time. Your vehicle must be parked outside the secure field gate or across the road on the tarmacked area at side of gate (The stables). Not Infront of "the stables" gate. Nobody is to park on the pavement at any time.
*Please do not arrive any earlier than your session start time. Exit the field no later than five minutes before the end of your booking. The parking area needs to be vacant for the next person.
*Gate must be locked, secured and numbers of the padlock moved when entering and exiting the field.
*All dog excrement MUST be picked up and placed in the dog poo bin.

🌈 NEW VENTURE 🌈
As most of you know I'm into my four legged fur baby's and am setting up an adventure bark for them. I recently purchased this soft play to have in my adventure bark but it is too nice to use for claws running up and down. I am considering setting up this amazing portable play area for kids parties(upto 7 year old). Me and my partner would be running Rainbow softplay hire Yorkshire together. I just want people's feedback as I've not seen this in our area as yet. Alot of them are used to hire down Essex. We would be hiring the set up including ball pit/2 rockers for 3 hours @ £269. This set up can be inside or outside (weather permitted). Any feedback would be amazing 🙏

⛔️SECURE FIELD NEW CONDITION OF USE⛔️

Padlock must be put on the gate from the inside once in the field. I have now had a number of people entering the field whilst someone is in. Today it was a XL Bully having some freedom off the lead and no muzzle on. My insurance will not cover this and I feel it is safer to lock once inside to stop this happening. I will put a padlock in the shed with a key so that no code is needed. Once locked put the key back in shed so it can not be lost. When leaving please put padlock back in shed for the next person. This will be added to my terms and conditions of using the field.

Please also take a look at my terms and conditions as I have been having issues with dog mess. Toys been left in field along with a large wooden stick which had been bit and left. Some dogs could get things stuck in their mouth and cause a vet visit. I don't mind toys been taking in but please once your time is up collect them and take them home with you. Also to highlight I have been having a few people turning up too early for there session. This adds traffic on the road as the field only had parking for 2 vehicles.

🚫XL BULLY OWNERS🚫

Finally receive clarification from my insurance company regarding using the field. To add to the below: I ask that everyone using the field to put the padlock on when inside so no one can gain access. This is for extra precautions as some people have been turning up earlier than they should.

FIELD HIRE

As your insurer, you will be covered to hire out your private fields for an XL Bully Dog on the following basis:

1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.

2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.

3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household

4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules

5. The dog is Micro Chipped

6. The field is private property with no public access passing through

7. The field is securely fenced so the dog cannot escape

8. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field

9. The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field

10. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field

11. If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully.

12. If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler
