Bondi Gold SVNH 🧡

We have a very big soft spot for our liver chestnut c**t Boris, son of the famous licensing champion Bonds (Benicio x Sir Donnerhall) out of our mare Florialle (Floris Prince x Brentano) who herself is from a dam line of State Premium mares which has also produced licensed stallions.

Boris is available to a special new home, he is likely to be quite chunky and mature around 16.1hh. Boris has 3 top quality gaits including an exceptional walk. Very reasonably priced for his quality 📩

Fluffy boys 🧡🩶

The two full brothers, For Diamonds and For Schufro (aka Frankie and Freddie) are more than ready for winter with how woolly they are at the moment!

Both boys are by the GP stallion and top sire For Romance out of Razzle Dazzle (Royal Diamond x Donnerhall). Razzle Dazzle is out of the elite mare Ferna, who is the full sister to Don Schufro and is from one of the best dam lines in Germany!

Both are tentatively available to new homes ♥️

We had a great first show with our very special PRE mare Millennia SVNH (Qu de Susaeta x Impaciente II) bred by us and ridden by Ruby Fullman.

Considering Millennia was, up until this year, a broodmare and only re-backed in April (and having never been ridden in an arena with other horses until today) she was such a grown up with lots of very positive comments from the judges. We’re looking forward to where she will be in 6 months time with more strength and muscle ✨

Frankie Diamonds 💎

This gorgeous c**t could not be more charismatic and self assured than he is now. He is son of the Grand Prix stallion and top sire For Romance out of Razzle Dazzle (Royal Diamond x Donnerhall). His mother comes from one of the best dam lines in Germany - her mother is full sister to Don Schufro and her sister competed at the Olympic Games in Paris!

Frankie is likely to make 17hh and he is tentatively available for the moment. If he remains with us we are hoping to keep him entire and run him on as a stallion prospect. He is turning grey. Contact us for more info.

Welcome to the family 🤩

For a very long time I have wanted to secure a Viva Gold filly for Seven Hills Stud and today was that day!

Absolutely over the moon that we will be welcoming Vajana, sired by Viva Gold out of a Blue Hors Don Romantic x Sandro Hit mother.

With so many c**ts born this year and all of our 2024 fillies sold it only made sense to bring in another exceptional filly and here she is 🥳

We are always interested to hear from riders who might be interested in partnering in our youngstock in future 📩

Delphi 🌙

Another of our beautiful broodmares. Delphi is by the Grand Prix stallion Glock’s Dream Boy, from a dam by Florencio. Delphi has been a real asset to our breeding programme, and this year gave us the most beautiful black filly by Skyline to B.

For 2025, Delphi is confirmed in foal to the exciting young stallion Pride (Secret x Apache). A c**t will be available to reserve ♥️

Herbie 🪴

One of our gorgeous young PREs, son of our late elite stallion Doblon-TR and also a descendant of other incredible stallions such as Impaciente II (elite), Ermitaño III (elite) as well as Oficial XXIX, Decreto and many more.

Herbie is only a 2 year old but he is maturing into a lovely young man.

Molly ⭐️

We are so lucky to have a mare of this quality in our breeding programme. Esprit, aka Molly, is a KWPN daughter of the legendary Grand Prix stallion Blue Hors Zack. Her dam, by Diamond Hit, is from the same mother line as famous stallions such as Bordeaux and Rubinstein. Molly has produced some phenomenal offspring and for 2025 Molly is in foal to the exciting young stallion Viva Vegas.

Fingers crossed for a filly but a c**t will be available to be reserved.

In amongst everything we managed to squeeze in an afternoon training for and two of Seven Hills’ PRE mares Risa de Susaeta (Doblon-TR x Decreto) and Millennia SVNH (Qu de Susaeta x Impaciente II) with the lovely .

A really useful and insightful afternoon, especially given how different both mares are and at totally different stages in their ridden careers. Both mares have bred and carried their own foals before being brought into work.

Both also (thankfully) very photogenic!

This week we said goodbye to a living legend Doblon-TR. A horse who had such an influence on the horses that I breed, many years before I had the privilege of owning him. A horse whose offspring have taken me on some great adventures and who have introduced me to some amazing friends.

An interesting look at the bloodlines of the horses competing in dressage at the Olympics

Do take notice of the special mention about the dam line and mare named Fiesta. We have two very special foals on the ground from this dam line this year:

“There is one mare, Fiesta, that features in the bottom damline of two horses - she is the second dam of Finnlanderin and Zatchmo. She is the second dam of Sunny boy found in Suppenkasper. She is also the dam of Don Schufro, so the two dams of the horses above are his full sisters. That is some mare power! We must have a better look at her pedigree to see where this great power comes from in combination with Donnerhall.”

Playtime for Freddie and Frankie 😅

Our gorgeous full brothers For Schufro (chestnut) and For Diamonds (grey), born 1 day apart, have certainly been enjoying getting to know one another in the way that c**ts do! Now both almost 3 weeks old and showing every bit of their personalities.

Both c**ts are by Grand Prix stallion and renowned producer For Romance, out of our very special mare Razzle Dazzle. Razzle Dazzle is by Royal Diamond out of the elite mare Ferna, who is full sister to Olympic medalist Don Schufro.

Both boys are tentatively available to the right competition home and we would potentially consider part ownership with the right individual 📩

Absolutely amazing news that Camille Carier Bergeron and her mare Finnlanderin have been selected for the Paris Olympic Games for Canada 🥳

We are so lucky at Seven Hills Stud to have Finnlanderin’s maternal sister in our breeding programme, and who has given us two very special c**ts by For Romance this year 🤩

Six athletes and their horses will represent Team Canada in the dressage and eventing equestrian disciplines at Paris 2024.

Our final foal of the year (number 6) was born last week and we have been lucky to welcome another gorgeous c**t by For Romance x Royal Diamond. Currently a very eye catching liver chestnut, and full brother to For Diamonds, we have decided to name this young man For Schufro (aka Freddie Schufro) given his colour and markings.

Another from this super dam line, his mother is out of the elite mare Ferna who is the full sister to Olympic medalist and prolific sire Don Schufro. We expect he will be a beautiful medium sized dressage prospect when he matures and, given he is a c**t, he will be looking for a new home. Please contact us for more details.

For Diamonds 💎

Our extremely charismatic new grey c**t sired by For Romance x Royal Diamond x Donnerhall. Also known as Frankie Diamonds, this gorgeous boy comes from one of the best dam lines in Germany. His mother is out of the full sister to Olympic medalist Don Schufro, and Frankie’s dam herself has two sisters who have competed internationally at Grand Prix.

I have no doubt this boy will have genuine stallion potential and serious enquiries from competition homes are invited 🩶

Nocturna 🤎

Our fourth foal of the season arrived last week, a gorgeous bay filly by the exciting young Van Olst stallion Nalegro ridden by Lottie Fry. Nocturna’s dam Eva (Bojengel x Lord Sinclair) has produced four gorgeous bay fillies in a row.

This filly may be available to a competition home, she is the only foal by Nalegro bred in the UK so far ✨

Bondi Gold 🧡

Our latest addition and third foal so far for 2024, Bondi Gold (aka Boris) sired by the champion stallion Bonds out of our gorgeous Florialle (Floris Prince x Brentano).

Boris at 2 days old is already showing lots of promise, a very uphill canter and he will certainly be very eye catching with all of his white markings. He is available to a new home⚡️

Lots of boxes ticked today for our gorgeous 5yo PRE mare Millennia SVNH (by Qu de Susaeta x Impaciente II) and her rider Ruby 💫

It was Millennia’s first time being ridden away from home and in the white boards so we were expecting a few exciting moments given Millennia has only been back under saddle since last month, after a year off having a foal. Thankfully she was absolutely unfazed by her clinic day, travelled like a pro and was absolutely foot perfect.

As always with horses, Millennia is a work in progress but she has so much natural promise that we can’t wait to see how she develops ✨

After finally getting some time in between mares foaling and trips backwards and forwards inseminating and scanning mares, it was lovely to find some time to visit our two PRE mares Risa de Susaeta and Millennia SVNH with Ruby Fullman.

Both mares are at totally different stages in their careers and it was fantastic to see both girls looking so promising today. Here are a few photos of our beautiful mare Risa de Susaeta (sired by our elite PRE stallion Doblon-TR) who was feeling very well after a couple of days away training. A special mention to Ruby particularly for Risa - training towards Grand Prix is not always easy, particularly on a horse who is already fairly established in their way of going, but together are showing so much promise.

While we may now have our fair share of warmbloods, these Spanish girls really are super special and have such bright futures.

A successful return to the arena for our PRE mare Risa de Susaeta (Doblon-TR x Decreto) and her rider Kirsten Mayne today at PSG level, winning the class on over 68%.
