At Hashtag Dog, we’re passionate about providing your furry friends with the best grooming experience possible! 🛁✂️ To ensure we can continue to offer timely and exceptional service to all our adorable clients, we kindly remind you of our policy regarding no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
🕒 No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellation Policy:
We understand life can be unpredictable! However, please let us know at least as soon as possible in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee, [e.g. 50% of cost of groom or full price for no shows or requirement to pre-pay for future appointments].
This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and allows us to offer available slots to other pet parents waiting to pamper their pets. 🐕💖
