I’m never one to get annoyed or have a rant, but over the last couple of months I’ve had a large number of very last minute cancellations or just complete no shows.
The last 18months of covid crippled the kennels, but we stayed & battled through, ready & waiting to welcome everyone back.
Our cancellation policy is very reasonable & the majority do abide by it, but sadly if things don’t change I will have to insist on a non refundable deposit for all bookings made. As a small personal kennels I can not afford to be left with empty kennels, which with sufficient notice could have been filled.

💕🐶☀️ as temperatures are set to rise again over the weekend, remember to walk your dog early morning or evening when it’s cooler.. always ensure your dog has access to shade & water throughout the day. Hot pavements will burn paws so avoid road waking where possible. 💕🐶☀️
