MAVERICK 2 yrs 6 mth male GSD X.
Super friendly and playful boy is now looking for a new home with an active and attentive family.
With other dogs he gets excited to see them and can be vocal but isnt overly bothered when he gets to them. Walks nicely beside other dogs.
Loves to have a fuss especially head and bum scratches.
Very happy playing with his toys and carries them around with him.
Can sometimes be snatchy with treats but is learning to be patient.
Occasionally pulls on his lead if he smells something interesting.
He does get very excited at going out initially.
Knows some commands like sit and down.
Gorgeous lad who just needs a loving new home where he can get lots of attention and some extra training. A secure garden is needed and we would prefer children over 14 yrs

BULLSEYE approx 2 yr male Bull dog cross.
Friendly and excitable boy who is looking for an active family.
With other dogs he appears to just want to play, he does bark at them in excitement till he gets to play with them. He is quite boisterous in his play so any resident dog will need to be of a similar nature.
Walks ok on his lead but would benefit from some further training.
Knows sit command. Gentle with treats and food.
Loves to play with toys but can be a bit snatchy with them when over excited.
He does jump up and is a strong boy so we would prefer no children.
Bullseye is a lovely boy but needs someone with the time and energy to work on his boundaries and excitement. A secure garden is needed.

KYRA Approx 18mth female small crossbreed
Happy and friendly little girl who can initially be a little submissive with strangers but who soon comes out of her shell and will be climbing all over you for cuddles in no time.
With other dogs she just wants to play
Will need lead training as she is quite nervous of being on it.
Knows sit command but little else.
Loves to play with balls and other dogs.
Does still puppy mouth when excited.
She will need a secure garden and someone with time to spend with her.

Gorgeous boy who needs an experienced new home where he is able to learn boundaries.
Luca gets very excited when he sees other dogs and is very vocal, once he gets to them he plays and walks nicely with them.
Food and treats orientated.
Needs training in most areas especially needs to be given boundaries as he does mouth and can grab at clothing.
A lovely little boy who needs someone to take the time to train him properly.
Ideally will be rehomed without children and to an active family

A very friendly and cuddly little man who is looking for a loving new home with someone able to spend time with him
With other dogs he gets a bit saucy but hopefully neutering him will lessen his desires. He shows no aggression at all.
Does pull on his lead so will need some additional training.
Fussy with treats and food but gentle.
Shows no interest in toys preferring to have a fuss and cuddles.
A really loving little dog who just needs a devoted new home.

THOR 4 yrs Male Dachshund x
Initially a little shy with humans but soon comes out of his shell and is happy for cuddles and a fuss.
He loves other small dogs and wants to play.
On his lead he can be a little hesitant wanting to be behind you but does walk.
His ideal home will have another small dog like Pippa (who he fell in love with or you could adopt Pippa too ! Video in comments) as he gains a lot of confidence when with another dog.
Will become a lap dog if allowed.
Doesnt appear to know any commands but he loves food and treats.
Does have some signs of scaring on his coat but nothing serious or that affects him.
A very sweet boy who would thrive in a calm, quiet and loving home with a secure garden and preferably another small dog.

CARLO 7 yrs male Chihuahua.
Our little Chihuahua can be a bit wary of strangers initially but comes round quickly to you.
He is quite an independent little dog who prefers to do his own thing.
No real interest in other dogs on or off the lead.
Does walk quite nicely.
A nervous dog with sudden movements and loud noise so will need a calm and quiet home where he can learn.
Knows sit but no other commands.
A secure garden in a calm environment with no children is needed for Carlo
His claws will be clipped when neutered so as not to stress him more than necessary

FERN 8 yrs female Lurcher type.
Very loving and fussy girl who enjoys human attention needs a new home.
With other dogs she shows a bit of interest in playing initially but isnt really bothered if the other dogs don't want to play.
Walks nicely beside other dogs although she is quite strong and does pull but she stops if corrected so some further training is needed.
No interest in toys as she prefers human interaction.
A very relaxed and patient girl who is keen to please her humans.
Gentle with treats and food.
Will need training as she doesn't appear to know any commands.
A large secure garden in a patient and loving home is needed.

PIPPA 13+ Yrs female JRT.
Our gorgeous elderly little lady needs a special new retirement home.
Loves human attention and cuddles when she knows you
With other dogs she is happy to say hello but then wants to go do her own thing.
Has no interest in toys or play just happy to potter about and have cuddles.
Her ideal home will have a nice secure garden and a quiet and calm house perhaps with someone retired where she can live out her time being spoilt and loved.
She doesn't appear to know any commands but she is a calm and well behaved little dog.
Can you give Pippa a nice retirement home??

We hope most of you will have noticed the new style to our photos.
Many thanks to Dom at South Yorkshire Pet Photograohy who spent the afternoon with the dogs and i hope you will agree produced some brilliant photos showing just how happy and relaxed our dogs are.

SHAKIRA 10 Yrs female Husky cross.
Gorgeous, smiley and happy Shakira needs a new home.
With other dogs outside her home Shakira shows little interest but she has had issues living with an other female dog in the past although lived happily with males so we would prefer her to be an only dog.
She adores attention and would sit on your lap all day.
She knows some commands but does weave sometimes on her lead.
Can be snatchy sometimes with treats.
Very playful and likes to run around but has good recall.
Shakira hates cats so No cats.
She has never lived with children so an adult only home would be best.
Her ideal home will be adult only and where she can get lots of time and attention, has a large secure garden, NO CATS and where she can be given all the cuddles she wants. She hasn't be used to being walked on her lead very much previously as had plenty of out door space.
She is fairly small for a Husky x

JOSIE 6 yr Female Crossbreed.
Very sweet and friendly girl who enjoys company on her terms but is also independent and happy with her own company now needs a new home with a secure garden.
Very food and treats motivated.
With other dogs she seems to love the bigger dogs but isnt a fan of all dogs especially off the lead.
On the lead she ignores most dogs.
She needs training as does pull on her lead.
Knows some basics like sit.
Josie may take time to settle as sometimes new and unexpected objects (mop buckets, bins) etc can scare her if they move to a new place.
She can be quite vocal as well. But she just likes to talk to you.
Clean in her kennel and will play with toys etc.
Her ideal home will be adult only and probably as an only dog. Someone able to train her on the lead with the time and patience to work with her.
