We welcomed Rose and Billy into the world on Thursday 11th May, both babies had a couple of nights in special care and then on the ward but we are finally being discharged today 🥰

**Customer Notice**

Unfortunately we are experiencing a rising number of no shows and late cancellations. Due to this we are having to introduce the following procedures.

No shows - will be charged the full grooming amount of the appointment missed. This will need to be paid before another appointment can be made.

Late cancellations - cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the full grooming amount of the appointment missed. This will need to be paid before another appointment can be made.

New and non regular bookings - will be required to put a 50% non refundable deposit down to secure the appointment.

We ask that any cancellations are made at least 48 hours before as this enables us to try and fill the appointment slot.

We understand that unavoidable issues do arise and this will be taken into consideration at the time.

We apologise for having to take this action but as a small family business we can no longer sustain such heavy losses.

We are mother and daughter team Kathy and Grace who’s aim it is to provide a high quality professional service that is individually catered towards your pets needs in a clean and relaxing environment. We are both City & Guilds qualified in Animal Management & Dog Grooming and hold the CPD Accredited Certificate in Dog First Aid and Emergency Canine Care. Our services are fully insured.

It is our intention to continue to further our knowledge, development and education to enable us to deliver a better service for our customers.

We look forward to welcoming you to our salon where your dog will receive lots of hugs, kisses and cuddles.
