🚨Cancellations & No-Shows 🚨
As a self-employed business owner, there’s nothing more frustrating or damaging than clients who don’t show up for their appointments or cancel at the last minute.
When a client misses their dog's appointment, that time slot cannot be filled, which directly impacts my income.
Think about how it would feel if that were taken out of your paycheck every month and how it would affect your financial situation. Given the significant losses I’ve experienced, I now have to enforce FULL payment for any no-shows or last-minute cancellations to help keep my business running.
