Had the pleasure of spending some time with Thierry today.

He was booked in for his routine groom at the Soggie Doggy in Shifnal whilst his owner was at work for the day. Tails off Shifnal is happy to provide a drop off and pick up service subject to appointment availability.

Just had my first visit with Alfie today.

In addition to dog walking and small pet visits, Tails of Shifnal makes puppy visits. Whilst you are at work our puppy visits can include short walks (once vaccinated), basic command training, feeding, replenishing water, the opportunity for them to socialise, cleaning up after little accidents and pure TLC.

Prefer to leave your cat in the comfort and safety of their own home whilst away?

In addition to dog waking, Tails of Shifnal also makes visits to our smaller furry friends whilst owners are away on holiday. Jess & Hannah are available to attend 15-30 minute visits to replenish food and water, clear litter tray and to give your cat some love, attention and play time.

Please please please don’t be walking your dogs in this heat. I’ve seen a few owners that have made the decision to walk their dogs in temperatures of 29 degrees. Please see link for useful information in helping your pets stay cool in this heat.

Tails of Shifnal went for a walk up the Wrekin this afternoon.

From the base of the hill to the top, and then down again is approximately 4.5km taking 60 minutes. Including travel and cleaning them off and topping up their water at the end of the appointment would require a 90 minute session. £15 for 1 dog and £20 for 2 dogs.

If you’d like to treat your pooch to a walk a little further afield please message me.

A warm welcome to all pet owners in Shifnal and it's surrounding areas from Jessica Webb, owner of Tails of Shifnal.

Tails of Shifnal provides a variety of services which can be tailored to your pet's needs, whether it be walking your dogs, welfare checks or to give your pet it's medication. With 20 years as an experienced owner of Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Rats, Hamsters, and having recently gained a CPC Certificate in Pet First Aid, you can feel confident your pet is in safe hands.

Handing over the key to your family home is not taken lightly and trust will of course increase over time. Tails of Shifnal has, and will continue to regularly undertake a DBS check, has the necessary insurance and processes in place to reassure you your keys are in safe hands.

Tails of Shifnal launches on 24th January 2022. Many of you will receive a leaflet through your door telling you about what services are provided to support you and your beloved pet's needs. In the coming weeks there will be a greater social media presence and the website will be launched.
