🚨Important Notice 🚨
This year we have had in excess of 100 customers who did not show for their scheduled appointments. An estimated £5,000 in lost revenue is hard for our small business to sustain each year.
Rarely we have sufficient time to fill the space of a ‘no show’ and in addition we still have staff salaries to pay.
Whilst we understand that sometimes appointments have to be cancelled in an emergency, we do ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
We reserve the right to charge a fee of half of the grooming price for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice being given, payable prior to any future booking.
All bookings made by customers attending our salon for the first time will be asked to pay a deposit of £25 which is non-refundable unless 24 hours’ notice of cancellation/amendment is given.
