Small Paws services

Small paws services offers dog walking and small animal sitting in their own home. I look after dogs, cats and any small pets.

One hour group walk (up to 3 little ones) £15 per dog

30 minute individual walk £10

One hour individual walk £20

Cat feeds £10 one feed £17 two feeds per day Unfortunatley I can not offer dog boarding but we can come and look after your dog in your own home. I do dog walking and I am registerd on the proffessional dog walking site on Adur and district council. I offer cat sitting where i can

come and visit your cat or cats as many times as you would like whilst you are at work or away on holiday. Small pet sitting is when I would come to your home and visit your rabbit, hamster, reptile, bird or any other pet you might have. I am fully insured and I have also had a DBS carried out and myself and my colleague are both pet first aid trained.

Small paws services are pleased to welcome these three gorgeous pups to our little walking family, our trial walk went really well and although our first proper walk was a wet one (which by some of the faces you can tell isn’t their favourite walking weather) they were all amazingly well behaved ❤️

Good Morning everyone,

As you may or may not know Small Paws Services also run Small Paws Designs.

When I’m not out and about walking gorgeous pups and visiting cats I’m working on new projects for Small Paws Designs.

Today is the launch day of my gift/treat yourself range. The frames below are prefect to treat yourself, friends or family. The art work is all hand made by myself and there will be new designs posted regularly, if you have any requests for special occasions please message me and I can see what I can do.

Art work cost

£25.00 per art work including local delivery in the shoreham area.

£25.00 per art work plus postage for outside the shoreham area.

The frames are 17.5cm by 17.5cm

We have been enjoying Rufus cousin staying with us for the weekend Bertie is a crazy little pup but so funny and rufy has taken it in his stride. ( I normally do t take on such young pups but he’s a family member so he’s the exception)

So so pleased that Rufy had his first walk out in 2 weeks today with his good mate willow by his side. After being told by the vet he would need to be on pain killers for life a friend said we should try Turmer ease and after two weeks he’s so much better you can’t see it but he was grinning from ear to ear love our Rufy so much.

We’ve had a busy week this week and rufy should be well enough to come out for walks again next week which is super exciting, it’s been a mixture of cat feeds, walking, boarding and introducing two new little ones to the small paws family. I’m so lucky to work with such amazing little ones everyday.

Rufus has had a hard day entertaining our pup friends and he’s pleased to announce that we are on annual leave from tomorrow Wednesday 30th November and back to work on Tuesday 6th December. Rufus will probably not move from his comfy spot. 😂

When your brother is keeping a close eye on you when you’re having a doze as you’ve had a busy week. Rufus has made some great new friends this week and likes to make sure he’s looking after everyone even his hoomans ❤️

Just popping a shout out to our amazing little rufy. Two months in from changing small paws from just waking to daycare and boarding and he is being an absolute super star. He’s taking his role of accommodating little ones in our home with a big heart and he’s loving going out with all his new friends. I’m so so super proud of him as he has never before had this in his life due to him being so scared of other dogs he just amazes me every day. Well done rufy.

We love living where we live... and with all things COVID over the last few months we have seen the local community thrive. During these mad times we came across The Purple Shoes - a fantastic local band who have been broadcasting a show each wednesday evening (its a LOT of fun - check it out - 8pm Wednesday on their website https://www.facebook.com/thepurpleshoes/) They very kindly gave us a shout out on the latest show! Have a watch.... and check out their music whilst you are on their site!! You will NOT be disapointed..

Today we were really excited because after weeks of not walking our little ones I took this chap out for his morning stroll. We didn't know how Barney would react to me coming back to walk him as he can be a little complexed chap but he bounded out of the house into the garden to be popped onto the lead and even with my mask on he couldn't wait to get going. Feels so so good to start walking again. We've missed everyone so much.

UPDATE: We are living in unusual times - with lots of the world currently social distancing or isolating due to the Covid 19 pandemic. This means that we have unfortunately had to stop all pet visits for the time being, however we want to keep the spirit of Small Paws Services going...

So whilst spending lots of time at home (in between home schooling our son Louis) we have put Rachels creative side to work! We have launched Small Paws Designs for people that love animals. Over time our shop will be filled with great items for your pets or which you can buy as gifts for people with pets.

Keep checking back to the shop for new ranges being released every day.
