We have teamed up with Jim Eaton at https://www.pestdoctorshropshire.co.uk/ who is passionate about re-homing unwanted honey bees he is called out to move. All of these bees now come to us - where they change from unwanted pests to pampered pets. We inspect our bees weekly in the su

mmer months to ensure they are in good health. We only use DEFRA approved medications if required. Every summer thousands of our bees are buzzing about - sometimes up to three miles away from their home - busy pollinating flowers and crops - and making scrumptious Shrewsbury honey! Well what a beekeeping year! We haven't been posting much this year because we had to move storage/workshop premises just as the season started...on the back foot all summer. 2023 also seems to have been a bad year for Queen bee failures for some reason. And to crown it off we have been fighting hornets all autumn. You can see one here feasting on a honey bee.
