I’ve been desperately waiting for these photos. This beautiful boy was very proud to be the ring bearer at his mummy and daddy’s wedding recently. He was such an amazing boy all day. And just look how gorgeous he looked. 💙

As always I am extremely grateful to all of my customers this week. A really early morning walk in the shade and a quick dip in the river for those that have owners at work. And a quick toilet break for others. I know it’s not ideal but I have such fabulous customers who fully understand the danger of walking any later. And it’s the same for the next few days I’m afraid. I will always shorten their walk too if I feel it’s getting warm. Lots of drinking water in each crate. Mind you most of them prefer a dirty puddle and then just tip the water bowl over 🤣 it’s always so difficult making the decision to go very early as the British weather is often wrong but I would rather walk early and even cancel than take the risk. Hopefully the doggies then just chill the day away at home in the cool. Thank you all so much for trusting my judgement. Love you all lots 💙❤️🐾

This is something that I would not normally do. But this lovely lady is facing every dog lovers nightmare. Her beloved basset Flo has had to undergo spinal surgery as she became paralysed overnight. This is a condition common in this breed. She did have insurance. However, this was all eaten up by the scans that cost over £4000. Her surgery has cost a further £4500. Money that she just doesn’t have. Unfortunately, she went through exactly the same situation with her other Basset last year. In desperation, she has sold her car for a lot less money than it was worth. She has cancelled her holiday. But this afternoon she has had a heartbreaking update from the Vet to say that Flo is not doing well, and is not expressing her bladder. She was hoping that she could come home tomorrow night. As the money that she had , only allowed her to stay in the vet hospital until tomorrow. They are now asking for another £120 a night to keep her there. This poor lady has admitted that she is it at breaking point. She is devastated. I have personally donated £100. I wish I could do more. I try to imagine how I would be feeling if this was my beautiful Annabelle. I would literally do anything to find the money to literally save her life. So if anyone can spare anything to her go fund me page, I know she would be eternally grateful. She has messaged me personally to thank me for my donation. Even just a couple of pound would all add up to help poor Flo get the help that she needs. If this lady can’t raise any more money, I dread to think what decisions she will have to make. Thank you for taking the time to read this. At the very least please hug your baby tight tonight and pray that her beloved Florence can pull through this. 🙏🙏💔🐾 with much love. Deb ###
