From January 2022 our adoption prices have had to increase to make up for the ongoing rises in prices for caring for our feline friends. We know that we are still ask a moderate fee for adoptions and we will always try to keep this as low as we can, but we are suffering the same cost increases as everyone else is this year. We now ask for a minimum donation of £60 per cat/kitten and £90 for a pedi

gree with or without papers. Please note if you have signed up to our waiting lists or have applied for cats/kittens before today, we will honour the original adoption donation.

Please keep an eye out for Oscar - It is believed that he may have been spotted jumping out of a delivery van in Shrewsbury that had been also delivering in Gnosall. There was a post made on a lost and found page from this delivery driver, but this now can’t be found to narrow down the search area.

Please share and help Oscar find his way home to his family 🥺

Thursday Vet Day sees a number of our cats being seen by the vet, for a variety of reasons.

All new arrivals receive health checks, vaccinations as appropriate, and are neutered if old enough. The majority of our village receive injections to help with arthritis on a monthly basis.

As you can imagine, this all adds up! So thank you to everyone who donates, shops with us - online or at our charity shop in town - or adopts. This allows us to provide the very best care possible for all our cats.

Some of the kittens in these photos are already reserved and waiting to go to their new homes. But if you are looking to adopt, please head to our website for more information and to complete an application form.

If you haven’t heard back as yet from a form already submitted, politely request an update from our team at [email protected]

Many thanks to Michelle and Becky for the lovely photos.

Vet Day Thursday, and Stevie is utterly exhausted!

Stevie is one of our villagers and is being treated for Hyperthyroidism. This means regular visits with our vet team, and today was blood sample day.

Obviously Stevie found the process - which of course included some sneaky treats - very tiring 😴

Did you know?

Money raised at our shop helps keep our Shelter stocked with food and other essentials? It also helps us pay our vet bills, which as I’m sure you can imagine can be rather expensive!
