ADUK Animation All About Assistance Dogs!
Assistance dogs come in all shapes and sizes. Not everyone knows that, so we thought it was time we talk about exactly what an assistance dog is. We are proud to have worked alongside ADUK and 11 other assistance dog organisations on these animations, please share them far and wide. πΆβ¨
A huge thank you to ADUK for creating this incredible animation for us to share!

β¨ Terrific Trainer Tuesday! β¨
How fabulous is this! Pepper, who has just passed her level 3 assessment was taught by her trainer, Keyna, to pull this trolley to help her mum, Emma move things around house!
Keyna came up with this idea and fashioned the basket on wheels for Emma. A perfect example of going the extra mile as a trainer and coming up with innovative solutions!

π Volunteer's Week! π
To celebrate more achievements of our volunteers, we got to hear from Rachel about her gorgeous Assistance Dog, Milly-Rose, just how much her trainer changed her life by helping her train Milly.
You can get on board with lots of different aspects of volunteering with Dog A.I.D. and becoming a trainer is one of them!
Why Volunteer with Dog A.I.D.π
Here we can hear first hand what being a Dog A.I.D. trainer is like! A huge thank you to Lesley for taking the time to video this for us and explain how rewarding being a trainer with us is!
As you can hear Lesley explains that she sees her two clients once a month, she has constant contact with them when they need support or as a general catch up π
Thank you to all our trainers for making our clients feel so welcome and comfortable, for committing to the charity and giving us your free time to do Assistance Dog trainingβ¨β¨
