Thankyou to everyone that uses our individual pet cremation service and in return helping to support Grinshill rescue centre. Over the last 18 months more people have realised that to have your pet individually cremated is much nicer, more personal and sympathetic and actually less expensive than using the commercial cremators used by your vet. From March 2024 Greenhill pet cremation will be moving to a more private setting about .5 of a mile away so watch this space for more info on our move.

Remember you always have a choice of what happens to your pet. Vets rarely use private individual crematoriums they understandably use commercial cremators it's your pet your choice.

This gorgeous girl came to see the vet for her neutering procedure!

🥺 She was very brave and VERY cute! 🥺

Her owners can now rest assured that Macey is now protected from things such as pyometra and pregnancy and is now less likely to experience mammary cancer!

It is a very upsetting and an emotional time for anyone when they lose a pet .However today was exceptionally hard, we went to collect 2 dogs for cremation who had tragically died in a housefire our sincere condolences to the owners at this very sad time.

Your pet is reaching its final journey, the heartbreak we feel at this time is insurmountable. Your vet offers you an individual cremation where it will be bagged and kept in cold storage until collection day from a commercial crematorium which is usually once a week.
Please stop and remember you have options its your pet your choice. There are private pet crematoriums all over the Uk like Greenhill where you can bring your beloved pet or arrange a collection, they will be treated with care and compassion. You will have time to say goodbye and your pets and only your pets ashes will normally be ready to collect in 24 hrs in your choice of container. Individual private cremations are normally much more competitively priced than your vets so just bear in mind you have a choice.

Our service has and always will be personal and compassionate treating your pets how I would like my own pets treated. We have also always been very competitive with our costs however due to price increases across the board as from the 5th April we will have to make some increases. We will however try to keep these increases as low as we possibly can so we hope you understand.
