❗️MEDICATION ❗️

It is extremely important that any medication your pet needs during their stay with us MUST be in the packaging with the appropriate prescription label from the vets.

⭐️ polite customer notice ⭐️

Any items left with your dog or cat (e.g. bedding, toys, leads etc) are left entirely at your own risk. It is not necessary to bring bedding for your pets stay, as we supply beds and plenty of comfy blankets. However, we understand that you may like to bring your pets favourite blanket for their stay (please do not bring large padded beds, as these cannot fit in our washing machine). Sometimes bedding may become dirty from muddy paws from our exercise areas or whilst kennels are being cleaned. As a result, it is within our routine to change bedding regularly and own items may become misplaced in our wash room. Fabric toys may become dirty or wet as we clean kennels with pet friendly disinfectant daily to keep everywhere clean and smelling fresh. We recommend bringing plastic toys to prevent this.

🐱 Remember your vaccination certificates and check they are up to date. We need these at every visit.

🐶 If you don't require the booking anymore please let us know, as we allocate kennels/ cat pens for specific animals.

Thank you to those who participated in our “guess the number of sweets”. We were able to raise £40 for Next Steps Cat Rescue Shropshire.

We enjoy raising money for local animal charities and rescues so if anyone has any ideas of something else we could try (we’ve done hampers and a sweets jar) then please leave your suggestions 🥰
