Silk Sharples Jennings Chartered Surveyors are an independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors and Chartered Valuation Surveyors based in Shrewsbury, but operating throughout Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, The West Midlands and Wales. We work for individual private clients, as well as regional and national companies and we offer experience and expertise throughout the commercial, residen

tial and development sectors. As well as dealing with a full range of survey and valuation work, we also deal with a wide range of general practice work, including lease and rent review negotiations, schedules of condition and dilapidations, The Party Wall Act, building reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes and more specialised valuations for taxation, probate and matrimonial purposes. In addition, our qualified Building Surveyors provide extensive building design services, whether for extensions to, or the creation of new residential properties, together with development of commercial properties including refurbishment programmes and conversions. We are able to advise on the planning and building regulations requirements and offer a full project management service to clients where we draw up the specifications for the work go out to tender and manage and monitor the project to completion and handover.
