Hello everyone 👋
Thank you everyone for the support and keeping me so busy!

Just a gentle reminder of a few of our policies regarding cancellations and no shows-

1- We will require a £20 deposit which will need to be paid when you book your appointment.

2- This deposit will become non refundable if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment.

3- No shows will not receive a refund and will be required to pay 50% of the groom price.

As a small business every no show/ cancellation is a loss of earnings for me and to keep myself covered and the shampoo you all love on the shelves this is what needs to be done! Thanks for understanding 🐾 🥰
