Due to popular demand we will now be open 6 days a week.
Our lovely Lucy is giving up Saturdays and this Saturday 3rd August will be her last weekend of working!
Our new groomer Lou is taking over a certain few of the Saturday clients who are happy for her to do so.
To any clients who have booked for the rest of the year on Saturdays please pop me a message if you’d like to rearrange your appointments.

Lucy and Lou will be holding down the fort for me whilst I’m away.
So I can have a proper break I will not be monitoring any messages but I will add Lucy’s number to our automated messages for any urgent queries.

✨Policy Reminders✨
Hi all, just a post to remind everyone of our policies here:
•50% deposits are required for all appointments, and if you need to change or move your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice or you will lose this deposit.
• if you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment unfortunately we then will not have enough time to carry out your dogs groom. We’re incredibly busy and are booked back to back pretty much everyday. If you miss your appointment through lateness you will be charged the full price of the service.
• if you’re more than 20 minutes late for collecting your dog then you will be charged a late fee which starts at £5. We are 1-1 groomers and want to be able to provide every dog with that one on one attention. If you’re late to collect your dog then you are taking this service away from another dog. We are a dog groomers not doggy day care.
• if you arrive early and can see your dog still on the grooming table please do not come in or come up to the windows. We are using extremely sharp equipment and understandably your pets get excited to see you, so this is just a recipe for disaster. The last thing we want is any injured pets!

Some of you may have met Lou who has been with us since January, she is currently training and has been doing so well with us!
We are offering a Tuesday deal if you book in with Lou you will get 50% off of a full groom price. We are looking for hairy dogs, cockerpoos, shihtzus, spaniels etc.
Lou is fully insured and everything will be overseen by myself. As Lou is training please bare in mind that the appointment will take longer than what appointment times take with myself and Lucy.
