WELCOME TO OUR CARAVAN
NO PETS ALLOWED & NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VAN.
This is a 3 bedroom, 6 berth caravan which has one double room & two single rooms, one with bunks, the other with twin single beds. Quilts and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen such as quilt covers sheets and pillow cases.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle. You will need to provide your own toiletries and towels.
The caravan has panel heating and a electric fire. A tv with freeview is located in the lounge area.
In the kitchen there is; a cooker, a microwave, a fridge-freezer. You will need to provide your own tea-towels.
The number of berths (6) is the maximum of occupants that are allowed to use the caravan. The number includes adults, children,infants.
this is to comply with local fire codes and no exceptions can be made.
Please observe park rules during your holiday IE stay off the grass if wet. Towing off fee via coastfields is £100.
Please leave caravan and equipment in excellent condition for other prospective holiday makers to enjoy there stay just as you would expect to find the caravan to be left . If we are notified that you have not left the caravan in a respectable condition you will forfeit your security bond.
All damages must be reported and paid for.
If you find something damaged on arrival please notify us as soon as possible or you may be liable if not reported.
Please clean up at the end of your holiday and remove any of your refuse, IE empty bin, or if you smoke around the van please pick up all your cigarette ends.
BOOKINGS
Bookings are made direct with ourselves
Please check that the van suits your needs and requirements and view the pictures of the caravan.
When wanting to make a booking you can either email phone or text to check availability.

We will then send you a booking form to fill in. Send the booking form back via email. £70 Non refundable deposit is required to secure your dates which comes off the total price. Please ensure prompt payment of final balances are paid by the due dates.
All payments are to paid in full 6 weeks before your due date.
Cancellation policy.
If you cancel within the 6 weeks of your date and we cannot rebook your dates you will lose deposit and 50% of cost.
PAYMENTS
Bank transfer ask for details.
We also offer instalment plan to ease your payments for the cost of your holiday.
A £70 damage deposit will be required on booking the van and will be refunded subject to caravan being left clean and tidy with no damages & on receipt of the keys being returned by post to us.
Caravan must be vacated BY 10:30AM on the day of departure this is to allow time for you to clean van ready for the next guest

When you arrive at main reception please pick your passes up if you have requested them and ask for a map then drive slowly up to the kids park which appears on your right, turn right, go 50 yard further then turn right again then immediately left you will see a sign on fence welcome to paddocks, take the first right, follow down to the green bins then it will bear of to the right onto the grass ( do not drive any further if grass is wet) our van is the furthest over in the far left corner to which you need to carefully drive between vans. No 2.
