Hey guys unfortunately I have spent today in a&e, I have broken my ribs and have a respiratory infection. I am on medication so hoping I’ll be okay soon. I can’t bear to look at my phone right now. So will get back to everyone as soon as I’m feeling better, I’m hoping I’ll be back into work on the 6th, maybe 7th, just have to take it easy, and be able to reply sooner to all the messages. I’m not ignoring anyone or not getting back to anyone on purpose ❤️❤️❤️ Thanks for bearing with me ❤️

Hello, just a quick one to say I am going through everyone's dates and sorting times ect ect. I've got the flu so going abit slower than usual and got a lot to get through. If you can send me how many weeks in-between grooms that would be a big help and I'll get back to you asap. If you already have or have sent dates, thank you I'll get back to you asap. Well I am officially done and dusted for 2024! What a year it has been! I have been overwhelmed with the support from each and every single one of my customers, through out the whole year! I have met amazing new friends, and their pups. We have started a new adventure with duff dogs, and we also have something amazing coming in the new year that we have been working on the past few months!

Again thank you all so much for the cards, gifts, tips, hugs, wine, chocs, candles, bath sets, and more. It is all so much appreciated, I cannot express how much I feel the love from my amazing clients day after day and i truely appreciate everything and most of all keeping my dream continuing each year!

I hope you all have an amazing Christmas! And I I’ll see you all in 2025!

Sorry to be a mood killer guys but from now on all payments must be made before you pick your dog up.

I have had a woman not pay me after the groom of her dog, which was matted, so extra hard work!

After telling me her mum was rushed to hospital, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She said she’d have her partner come down and give me it! Now I’ve text her nicely a few times and been blanked, I’ve rang her, been blocked!

The woman has her own business and thinks this is okay, you all no me and no I an the biggest soft arse. So I have been so nice to her, not wanting to badger her for MY money! Her dog was in last Friday, and she is still blanking me and after doing abit of snooping I have found out she has form for this type of thing!

I am working my self to the bone, I was puking my guts up last night and still dragged myself to the shop this morning because I hate letting my customers down and want to give 100% every time! I am so so lucky that I have the best customers, just this one person ruins it for everyone! Sorry for the rant guys, I am just so angry that someone thinks they can just steal from me. Everything I do is for my daughter, and her future. And this person thinks they can just take what they want!!

With the Christmas rush fast approaching I would just like to put a few little bits out ❤️

- Firstly, we have been so busy I didn’t even realize we have had our 2nd year anniversary pass! Two whole years, again thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my dream a reality. I couldn’t do it without you all ❤️

- Secondly, with it being our busiest time of year can all customers please pick up and drop off on time. Thank you

- Thirdly, I hate doing such a dreary status and it’s only a handful. But if you do need to cancel your appointment please give me 24hr notice so I can fill the slot. I’m having people just not turn up and not even bother to let me know. Please understand that this is a business not a hobby and just please give the courtesy to just give me a message so I can re-fill the slot. All cancellations without any notice will be charged the full price if you wish to book in again. I’m sorry to do this, usually I am a bad soft ass when it comes to this but I hope everyone understands.

- Lastly I just want to thank all my loyal customers who trust me with their precious pups, i love nothing more seeing their waggy little tails coming

Also, I have been absolutely flawed by the generosity and kindness of you especially the past few days with the presents, the tips, the chats and the hugs. Again thank you so much ❤️ and of-course to all my new customers for again trusting me with their pups, and I am looking forward to the future with all my babies ❤️

I have had a few people ask if they can bring their dog in for just a photo even if they don’t use me as a groomer, and yes that is absolutely fine to do. Just please make an appointment as I am very busy with my pooches! Thank you 🎄🎄

I will now be offering half price grooms (baths only for now), where my niece will be completing the grooms under my supervision and will be still finished to a high standard that barks and bubbles always provides!

🎄 - Yes I’m talking about Christmas already!! December is filling up fast! So make sure to pre-book your appointments. The 24th and 23rd only have a few appointments left, They are below.

24th - 10:00 - 12:15 - Only baths (hygiene trim included if needed)

23rd - 08:15 - 12:15

First come first served for these dates! The rest off December I will be working later to fit everyone in, so grab them while you can!❤️

🏦 - From next Saturday my bank details will be diffrent as I have switched, I will be texting out my new details but if I don’t text you and you pay and it does bounce back. Just give me a nudge and I’ll send over my new details!

👀 - Memberships! I think I am up to date with all the new members if I have not confirmed your appointments please do let me know ❤️
