The packs back together 😍
Pipers ears literally standing on end at the horror of Breagh sticking her tongue out at her 😜
Annnnnnnd we’re back! Mondays Woof Pack have missed each other. 🥰 🐾
Looks like someone is getting told off 😂
Happy new year from the woof pack to you all! I was in bed 😴 before the bells I must be getting old 🙈 Breagh and Zola are great and enjoying having their house to themselves and not having to share me.
2023 was a hard year for me, mentally. I think it’ll take me a while to get back in my flow again. Learning to say “no” and not being such a pushover has helped and I will aim to continue to be that way (hopefully). Currently we have illness in the house and I’m trying to rest as much as possible before the madness starts back next week. Hope you’ve all had a wonderful festive period and enjoyed the festivities 🥳 See you all next week 🐾
Snowy dogs walks are the best!!
Every day, handle your dog. From day one. Teach them it’s safe and not scary. Mouth, teeth, paws, everywhere. Get them used to being touched and manipulated especially the areas they naturally don’t like. In emergencies, in a vets, at the groomers it’s essential they are used to it. Do it every day, touch, praise and reward. Take away the fear. Breagh here is so used to it she doesn’t even wake up as I poke and prod her all over. But still, I do it every single day.
Well it’s the last day before Christmas for the Woof Pack. Time to relax and get in the festive spirit with Christmas movies and a log fire 🔥
I’d like to thank each and every client for being the best clients ever and for supporting me for yet another year. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and see you all again in 2024! 🎅 🎄🥰🎁
Oh no 😣 Jason’s Elf on the Shelf “Jaggy” has captured a doggy toy and is subjecting it to a groom 🙈 Let’s hope Jason finds him quickly in the morning before the poor dog gets shaved! 😉
Suzie 🎄🥰
My doggies know me so well! Birthday gift from Arlo and his family 🥰 My beautiful girls on a hoodie!! 😍
Look what Chestnut and her human servants got me 🤩 The earrings are a wolf howling to the moon and match the hoodie. Love it 🥰 Plus I got serenaded at the door this morning 🎶 Lucky lady indeed! ❤️
What’s this? 🤔 Looks like Santa Paws has visited the Woof Pack again! ❤️ 😁 🎅
Willow and Juniper came today for a groom. I forgot Willows after photo 🤦🏻♀️ but here’s a photo of them before and then Juniper after her groom ❤️
Friendly reminder that next week is my last working week until Monday 8th January. 🎄🎅
It’s been YEARS since I took actual time off from working. Exhausted doesn’t even begin to cover it. So excited!! 🤩🦌🛷
Rex 🥰
Uck 😩😭 It’s so true.
Willow 🥰
When your new vet says you have the nicest natured, best behaved German Shepherds she’s ever met in over 30 years working as a vet 🙌🏻 Proud dog mama 🥰
Zola was next up after her big sister, and apart from trying to “unalive” herself off the grooming table at one point, she was super! New bath is a success 👏
Breagh was the first one to get a groom in my new huge dog bath! She wasn’t a fan 😂 But look how gorgeous she is. Zola is next up after a cuppa ☕️
Introducing the stunning REMI! Remi was super brave for his first groom, he is the sweetest boy ever, loves his cuddles (and some treats). We had a cuddle session and I think I’m in love. 🥰

Think Hero was happy after his groom today. I was getting cuddles whether I wanted them or not 😆 First dog on my grooming table 🤩
Love a wee day off when it’s sunny. Poor Zola has a sore ear and is being very vocal about it 😫 If you’re watching this video of my girls playing together, see if you can notice the sneezing, this a common thing in dog play fighting and it’s a sign to show the other dog that there’s no real aggression in their play, that it’s all for fun and they don’t mean any harm. Fascinating isn’t it, all these things they do and just know what they mean.
Piper, Hondo, Zola and Breagh enjoying being back together again. Chestnut is opting to stay out of the shenanigans and stay cosy inside out the drizzle 🌧️ x
So blooming proud of these two. We’ve been working on prey drive and play drive reactions. Breagh is SUPER high prey drive and because she spends every day playing with dogs her play drive is intense when she sees other dogs out on walks. Used to be if we saw a person and/or a dog she’d run up to them. If she was on the lead she’d pounce and hackles would go up. She’d even bark occasionally and she NEVER barks any other time. Zola would just bark at other dogs but didn’t bother with people. Here (because every walk is a training walk) we were working on recall when Breagh went into prey drive catching the scent of something only to see a family with a dog ahead. Recall perfect and no reaction at all to the other dog. We also passed two dogs in the village which were closer and one of them she saw first and I only knew it was coming because she brought herself into heel when she saw it and her body language changed to alert. They’re not perfect yet, but my goodness I’m so proud of how much they’ve come on. I adore them so much. Side note, when I played this video back Zola heard me recalling her and saying “sit” so she and ran through and climbed onto my knee 😂 even with volume down as low as possible 😆 Now that’s obedience 😉
