🦄 Confidentiality & Data Protection - this is your digital information. I keep it safe, secure & controlled. This is why I use Cavanti, they have secure servers & all those lovely GDPR policies in place for me.

🦄 Professional Competence & Development - I have to do a minimum of 25hrs of Continuing Professional Development & other training a year. This means I learn new techniques & keep up to date with new & relevant information.

🦄 Fairness & Equality - I treat all you lovely people with respect and fairness.

🦄 Valid Insurance - I use Balens. It covers me, you, your horse & the general public.

🦄 Member Benefits - I have access to some yummy offers, interesting research & articles I am happy to pass onto you 😍 AND... they include doggy stuff like Vet Relieve bedding!

IAAT is voluntary, in fact massage therapy is NOT regulated! Meaning, anyone can set up, take a quick course, get a "certificate" & work on your horse. IAAT membership assures you that your therapist is working to a standard & has to evidence the standard by submitting a CPD record & certificates on request.
