"Temporary Closure"

Firstly, we would like to take a moment to thank each and everyone of our customers for supporting our business. We appreciate all the compliments and recommendations you have shared with others, which have meant much to us.

Secondly, its been a tough decision to make and I have deliberately hung on, refusing to give in until the very last minute, hoping that my outstanding NHS Assessment date/time would arrive, but it has not. I know that there are many other people out there waiting for appointments too.

So, I have had to make a decision based on what I do know, which is that there are certain grooming tasks that are currently outside of my physical capability and I would not risk myself or your loyal companion for the sake of ££ - hence my decision to temporarily close our business for 2-3 months.

We are blessed in Sleaford/Heckington to have so many good groomers around us. I am more than happy to share your companions likes/dislikes with anyone you choose to use - once you have given me permission to do so.

ROAD WORKS ON MAREHAM LANE

As a FYI there are a lot of roadworks on Mareham Lane and a 3-way traffic light system is in place. This means currently it is difficult reversing out of our driveway onto the road. Plus road side parking is not an option. As a gesture of curtesy I would also ask you not to park across from us in the bungalow small slip road area, for obvious reasons. They will not be able to access their homes if you park there.

Just to add more confusion at some point in time this week a trench will appear in front of the drive. Which may mean no access at all.

I thank you for your patience for the interim. I will keep you updated as it progresses.

UPDATE

A huge thank you to all clients this week who we had to cancel/postpone appointments due to this weeks events. I truly couldn't make this up if I tried! We had a clients dog who brought multiple extra guests, which meant we had to Flea Bomb and close the pod while it did its magic. Then we had sickness, all of us playing tag with each other and to finish the week, my right hand decided to look like something out of a horror movie and was out of use?!!

As a temporary measure we are going to turn off the "on-line booking system", which will unfortunately, close off any access to appointments being made, until things have settled down.

We will be contacting those clients who have been affected by this weeks disruption and offer new appointments, however this may mean November for some, which is not ideal, but we are closed for half term.

As always, thank you for your understanding in what can only be described as a most challenging week!

NOTICE: online booking system

A big thank you to those who are using the online booking system, which in the main has run smoothly 😊

However, it’s come to light that once you choose a date/time it does not “close this slot off”, so other clients think it’s available to book. So we have an instance of three clients requesting the same time/date.
