🌟 Theo’s First Groom with Sophie! 🐾

Today, we’re celebrating a big moment for Theo as he had his first groom with our wonderful groomer, Sophie! 🎉 Theo is a special boy who finds the world a little overwhelming. His anxiety sometimes causes him to act aggressively out of fear, so we always take things slow and steady to make sure he feels safe.

For Theo, that means being the only dog in the grooming room and giving him plenty of reassurance along the way. And while the world can be a scary place for Theo, one thing he absolutely loves is being made a fuss of—and Sophie did an amazing job making sure he felt comfortable and cared for. 🐶💖

Please bear with us at a transition time, Julie who has been our head groomer for so long has left without any notice.
She has left us in a heap of mess and we are trying our best to work it out.

Please note number 3, matting is extremely uncomfortable and dangerous, it's is your responsibility to maintain your dogs coat between grooms, we will not be made to feel guilty for so called "scalping" your dog. It is the kindest and safest way to releive your dog from pain and discomfort, if you are struggling with brushing/combing please reach out we will be happy to help ###x

Dog of the whole year, let alone month!!!! 🐶🏆
I have been working with Lily to de sensitise her to allowing me to cut her nails, she is a nervous pup who has stolen my heart ❤️ today was the day and I cried tears of joy, well done Lily 😍
