Are you following YourVets Smethwick on TikTok yet? If not, here’s a sneak preview of what you’re missing out on…
The cutest chaos! 🐶✨ These gorgeous rescue pups visited us this week for their first ever health checks. They were rescued by The Animal House Rescue, an amazing local charity we are so proud to support 🐶🐱🤩, and hand reared by our very own Leah, who has worked around the clock to give these babies the best possible start to life — no easy feat when there are 7 of them!! 🫣👏
**These cuties are not up for adoption yet, so please no enquiries! Keep an eye out on The Animal House’s own social media accounts for updates in due time about these pups and many more animals in need of loving homes 🥰
“You spin me right round baby, right round, like a record baby, right round….” 🎶🤣😬
Elf had a bit of a shock today when he confused our centrifuge with a fairground ride…. 😅
The centrifuge is what we use to separate blood samples - it spins at a whopping 13,000 rpm, which means it turns 13,000 times in one minute! 😱
Safe to say Elf was feeling a little nauseous afterwards 😆🤢
Happy Birthday to The Healthy Pet Club! 🎂🥳

Teach your pet some new tricks during lockdown 😃
Has your pet learnt any new skills during lockdown? 🐾
Featured in the video below is Victoria, our head nurse, and Mabel, her border collie 🐶
Teaching your dog or cat a new trick is a great way to provide mental stimulation, especially during lockdown when their normal routine may be altered 👍
Keeping entertained in social isolation!
Episode 1 of “How to entertain your pet during the Coronavirus pandemic” = play a game 😜
Nurse Chloe and her cat Louie have been enjoying a game of noughts and crosses at home. Louie looks like a very willing contestant (we think the treats had something to do with it! 😆)
How have you been keeping yourself and your pets busy? We’d love to hear in the comments ⬇️
